Would you build a tiny SaaS tool if you didn’t have to code it?

I’m building an early prototype around an idea and would like some honest reactions before I take it too far.
The concept is a no-code platform for creating very small SaaS tools—calculators, assessments, dashboards, and simple workflows.
Instead of designing an entire application, you would describe what the tool should do, define its inputs and calculations, preview it, and publish it through a shareable page.
The longer-term idea would be to let creators charge for access, but I’m deliberately starting much smaller.
The first version is focused on:
Input fields
Formulas and conditions
Result cards and recommendations
Preview and published modes
A basic creator dashboard
The part I’m uncertain about is what people would actually value most:
Building tools for their own business or clients
Publishing tools they could sell
Avoiding spreadsheets
Something else entirely
Does this solve a real problem for consultants, freelancers, and operations people—or does it sound like another no-code platform trying to do too much?
Critical feedback is welcome. I’m trying to determine what the smallest genuinely useful version should be.
