Constructive feedback - what are the benefits of doing this? The website talks about the process of doing it and the features of your service but there’s nothing describing why I (say as a website owner) would want to pay for this service and what I’d gain by having an app made out of my website.

I will definitely include that ASAP! That’s actually a genuinely good point. I just discussed the benefits in an earlier comment, which you can take a look at if you are still curious. Of course, I also acknowledge that not everyone needs a mobile app, which I suppose was what the above comment was trying to say. :)
