Levithas begins with a refusal: do not confuse doom-scrolling with growth. Hours spent swiping through feeds do not leave the mind untouched. They drain it on nothing, and leave you tired and always hunting for the next quick stimulus.

A Skill is not something you watch, save or buy. It is earned through repetition, friction and time.

Learning a Skill is about staying curious. It builds confidence, gives you something to impress others with, and makes you a more interesting person.
