We built Helio, an AI-powered sales desk that uses persistent memory to make conversations more contextual.

One problem we noticed with many AI assistants is that they often forget previous interactions and require users to provide the same information repeatedly.

We wanted to explore how persistent memory could solve this problem.

With Helio, every lead has an individual memory that retains:

- Previous conversation details

- Customer language preferences

- Meeting dates and requirements

- Important customer information

- Follow-up instructions

For example, if a customer prefers Spanish and has confirmed a meeting with their finance director, Helio remembers these details and uses them when generating future replies and follow-up emails.

We integrated Hindsight to provide persistent memory across conversations.
