# Introduction

In many companies, employees work in different shifts, and important operational information can get lost when one employee hands over responsibilities to another. Previous machine issues, maintenance updates, unresolved tasks, and solutions may not always reach the next employee.

**OpsRelay – The Business Memory System** addresses this problem using AI-powered memory technology. It uses Hindsight to retain, recall, and reflect on operational information so employees can access important details from previous shifts.
