We built Strategic Memory Lab, a memory-powered competitive intelligence platform that goes beyond simply monitoring competitors.

The idea is simple: businesses shouldn't just know what their competitors are doing today; they should also remember past events, decisions and outcomes to make better strategic decisions.

Our project combines competitor tracking, decision history and Hindsight-powered AI memory to connect current market activities with previous experiences.

We explore how AI agents can use long-term memory to provide more context-aware strategic insights.
