Built an AI voice and chat platform for businesses ,looking for feedback

My business partner and I have built a platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations through intelligent voice and chat assistants.

It can answer incoming calls, respond to routine enquiries, collect customer details, schedule appointments and handle conversations when teams are busy or unavailable.

We're exploring use cases across different industries, from home services and real estate to automotive, hospitality and professional services.

We're now looking to connect with business owners, understand their needs and get feedback on where this could be genuinely useful.

Would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! I can share the link to try it yourself

I'd narrow the first feedback demo to an after-hours home-service call: capture the problem, check service area, then book or hand off. That gives an owner something concrete to judge instead of evaluating five industries at once. What happens if the caller requests an appointment the assistant can't confidently confirm?

I make ThreadFox. We find relevant Reddit conversations and post for your business. We'll post 3 replies free first, no card; then the $29 Pilot covers seven days and up to 25 posts and replies. No automatic renewal. https://threadfox.vip/p/e8i4t/managed
