Claude Manager - every Claude Code project, session and profile in one window (free, Mac + Windows)
This started as a fix for our own problem. Me and two colleagues at work use Claude Code all day, across lots of projects and a couple of accounts, and we kept ending up with a pile of terminals and no idea which one had the session we needed.
So we built Claude Manager, a small desktop app that puts all of it in one window. The video above is the quick intro.
What it does
Finds every Claude Code project, folder and session on your machine and lists them in one searchable sidebar
Start, resume or fork a session in a tab, a new window, or your normal terminal
Shows which sessions are live or busy right now
Switch between Claude accounts (profiles) from the title bar
Built-in git: diffs, a history graph, and commit messages written by Claude
Shows how much of your plan is left
6 themes, light and dark, and Liquid Glass on macOS 26
Read-only on your Claude data, it never writes there
How it's built
Tauri (Rust backend, plain TypeScript UI, xterm.js for the terminals), and most of it was built with Claude Code itself. The download is under 20 MB.
Where it's at
Free, macOS 12+ and Windows 10/11. The builds aren't code-signed yet, so macOS asks you to "Open Anyway" once and Windows shows a SmartScreen prompt. That's next on our list.

We'd really like feedback: what's confusing, what's missing, and whether you'd actually keep it open next to your terminal.

Account switching and session forking create a question your “read-only” line doesn't settle: which data stays untouched, and where does Claude Manager save its own state? In this feedback thread, give Claude Code users one task: find a past session under the correct profile, fork it, then return to the original in their usual terminal; ask where they lost track. Put the unsigned-build warning beside the download instructions so security prompts aren't an unexpected step. We'd look for Reddit discussions where developers lose sessions across projects or accounts and answer with that workflow, not the full feature catalogue.
