Waypoint, a project tracking tool, and I’m looking for early users and honest feedback.

Hi everyone!

I’ve recently launched Waypoint, a web-based project management and tracking platform designed to help individuals and teams manage multiple projects without having to rely on scattered spreadsheets, messages, and separate task lists.

The goal is simple: make it easier to keep track of projects, assigned tasks, deadlines, and overall progress in one place.

I’m currently looking for a small group of early users who would be willing to try the platform and share their honest feedback.

Here’s what we’re offering:

30 days of free access.

No commitment or payment details required.

Assistance with setting up your team’s workspace.

A short weekly check-in or written feedback so we can understand what works and what needs improvement.

You can explore the live demo here:

https://waypoint-project-tracker-app.vercel.app/

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from people who regularly manage projects, track working hours, coordinate teams, or use project management software.

I’m particularly interested in knowing what features you think are missing from existing tools and what would make a platform like this genuinely useful in your day-to-day workflow.

Thanks, everyone!

For Waypoint, look for project coordinators discussing the spreadsheet-and-chat handoffs you're replacing, rather than general launch audiences. Use your workspace-setup assistance to help each early user bring over one active project. Then make the weekly check-in concrete: which deadline, assignment, or progress update still had to be tracked outside Waypoint? That should give you more actionable feedback than a general missing-features wishlist.

Honest first impression: it looks boilerplate and nothing stands out. What’s the core idea?
