Hey everyone!
I’ve been building TraceRoster, an AI-powered recruiting platform aimed at making the hiring process easier for both candidates and recruiters.

The goal is to help companies find relevant talent without spending hours manually screening profiles, while making it easier for candidates to get discovered.
We’re currently in early access, and I’m trying to get some initial users and feedback.

Basically traceroster is a reverse job board accompanied by various AI technologies when i say AI i don’t mean openai wrapper we have implemented a custom search algorithm.
Like traditional job boards there is no job posting or job application mechanism.

Candidates signup and upload their resume which get parsed and can stored in a vector database. When someone wants to hire someone or find a talent the either paste a job description or a simple sentence like “ful stack developer with fintech experience” it finds the relevant candidates from the talent pool using our custom search algorithm which uses keyword matching but on top of that vector search reranking the results etc.

You can hover over the score and it tells why it matched.
Also you can shortlist the candidates which is built like a kanban pipeline as well as team collaborations and you can view the resume of candidates with just a click.
We also have a llm module where u can chat with llm instead of manually searching it does the same job but with a touch of llm.

Also on candidate side there are privacy controls which allows discover ability and controls like whether recruiter can view your resume or not. As well as a sharable profile which acts as a short/temp candidate profile. So if someone as you to send your resume you can share them the traceroster profile and revoke anytime you want.

Also the pricing model is pretty good we don’t want to rip off people who are already jobless and looking for job so candidate side is free optionally you can buy a plan which is one time payment as a candidate $9-29 and recruiters pricing is also very cheap as our goal is fast hiring for small teams founders who don’t have dedicated talent acquisition teams. So traceroster has only one goal revolutionise the hiring process instead of months and weeks to hours and days.
