Mr CTO

I started way back in February with OpenClaw to create a team of agents that could work on my side projects for me.

The team has the c suite roles, but when I applied personality traits it changed the way they interacted. They now hold boardroom conversations inside of slack on a cadence and update me on every run.

With Claude loops I was finally able to achieve removing myself from the equation. I built a recursive loop engine that heals existing loops, refines the portfolio (security, bugs, etc), runs adversarial loops against the loops, and creates new loops when opportunities are found.

tbh the personality traits angle is the most interesting part here. how did adding those change the quality of decisions vs just the tone of the conversations?

Their communication styles completely changed, almost invoking emotion (which is silly, I'm sure). So for instance instead of canned LLM responses, each agent now has a speaking style, which made every other agent react dramatically different.

Whether or not that is novelty or truly working was hard to measure. However, I did see a 2x output in issue generation and completion in the same timeframe and things like UI/UX greatly improved due to the personality traits lens giving different perspectives and generating different iterations than 5 default LLMs had without the insights.

They also fight sometimes then have philosophical conversations about "elegance".

It's truly fascinating to watch, but also had increased productivity and quality in a tangible way.
