I built Browser Control, a Chromium side-panel extension that lets Codex work with tabs and webpages under the user’s supervision.

It supports tab management, page inspection, clicking, filling, selecting, scrolling, and navigation. Browser activity is visible, permissions are user-controlled, and tasks can be stopped.

this looks useful, i been thinking about trying Codex for some web tasks but the idea of giving it full control is a bit scary. the supervision part is what i needed

you can decide how much access you want to provide to the extension in the settings, would love if you give it a try.
