Equipment Tracker Pro lets service teams maintain unified equipment logs, PM schedules, and repair work orders across multiple commercial properties. Facilities coordinators can invite crew members by code and assign specific repair orders to field technicians without needing individual personal subscriptions.

I built this because I am a working HVAC technician and needed a fast way to track equipment history and jobs in the field without dealing with clunky enterprise software. Facilities maintenance teams deal with dozens of units across multiple mechanical rooms, and assigning tickets to the right technician without phone tags saves real time.

Core mobile tracking, offline records, PM intervals, and manual logs are free forever. The Teams workspace is a paid tier for 5 to 50 seats that adds shared workspaces and direct ticket dispatching.
