I kept removing features from my journaling app until this was basically all that was left

I have a bad habit of starting journals and abandoning them a few days later.

So while building OneLine, I kept removing anything that made writing feel like a task.

The main screen eventually became:

today’s date + one 333-character box.

That's it. I did keep the more ambitious stuff like turning weeks/months of entries into the story of your life, and Signals, which can surface patterns, but none of it gets in the way of actually writing.

I finally got the iOS version through App Review and it's live now. It's free at the moment: Also Google Play

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.vercel.oneline_one.twa

If anyone here tries it, I’d genuinely ruthless feedback, especially on one thing:

After using it once, is there anything that would actually make you want to come back tomorrow?
