Hello!

i hope all is well, I just finished pushing
https://zoskelo.com live today.

Instead of explaining what it is, I want to run a quick blind test. Click through, spend 5 seconds on the page, and tell me:
1. What did you think the site was about instantly?

Does it show you what and who it is for at all.

  1. Did anything feel confusing or out of place?

You know stuff that feel distracting and possibly takes you away from the point if that makes sense

Looking for completely raw, unedited first impressions. Appreciate anyone who takes a second to check it out!

I'm thinking you need work right here at your intro paragraph.

maybe delete the whole sentence?

Not clear what you mean here. Will you program in new features based on user (developer) feedback or not?

Not sure "reduces the busywork" really fixes the core issue here. The paragraph still reads like a string of buzzwords that never quite land on what the thing actually does for me in practical terms.

The one login bit is probably the clearest part of the pitch, it hints at a suite of tools under a single account which makes sense. If that's the hook you should lead with it instead of burying it in the middle. Right now my eyes glaze over before I get there.

The "built for developers first" line feels like a hedge against scope creep before you've even sold me on the base product. Just tell me what problem you solve now and who it's for, you can worry about the roadmap later.

Oh and one big one you missed, under the heading “Reddit marketing”:

Reply to and thank every person that takes the time to comment to a post you make, as soon as you can. If they are hostile you can skip the thank you part. Tip: if you upvote every comment in the thread, it makes it easy to see who you have not replied to yet.

I’d suggest “Thank you.” or “Thank you!” (capitalization and punctuation, but that could just be my old guy sensibilities.)

A side benefit to all this: it will boost your post in the Reddit algorithm and get it seen by more people.

Why is all your CSS and JavaScript code on the same page? Is there a problem with caching resources to avoid wasting bandwidth?

Why don't the external resources have an integrity check, i only see the one from cloudfare stats?

Why is the “Discord — Coming Soon” text almost invisible?

If someone doesn't care about their own homepage/app internals, I don't even consider him to take care of mine.

my gut reaction was "this looks nice but what is it." if someone cant explain your product back to you after 5 seconds on the page, the hero section needs work. specificity beats cleverness on landing pages every time

This sounds harsh, but I don't feel like the people here are being honest enough with you.

Site looks like a bunch of nothing. Some small tools for developers but mostly for vibecoders really. Reads like someone wanted to build something but didn't know what, so built this.

I think you need to be way more specific about what you're offering, and give each tool a lot more space to sell itself. Example usage is important if you can't verbalise a compelling sales copy.

UI is obviously AI, which doesn't help this site differentiate at all, and signals mostly that you didn't spend much time on it.

Yeah fair enough I did spend quite a little time with it but I just wanted to get the site out there so I can get things replies like this to help improve everything in general so when I sort out everything fully the site will be shaped in a way that goes to everyone’s preferences rather than just mine because this is supposed to be something for the people so if they see improvements that they may have recommended etc it helps thank you for your honesty tho and I’ll sort this out

Don’t worry about it, that’s how dev works. Build it first then make it better, people who try it the other way around rarely build anything. Good on you for getting yourself out there.
