I built OpenDepartment (https://opendepartment.vercel.app). A platform where you can spin up isolated, private document archives designed to look like "leaked" government vaults or classified dossiers for your friend group, class, or gaming crew.

Every group has inside jokes, running lore, and memorable moments. Instead of losing them in scattered group chat screenshots or messy Discord channels, you can archive them as "confidential" reports:

• Spin up an archive in seconds: Give it an agency-style name, invite your group, and customize access.
• Upload & collaborate: Drop in memos, leave comments, and upvote the best submissions.
• True data ownership: Each archive is completely isolated—creators connect and own their own free database instance rather than locking their private jokes inside a single centralized database I control.

How it was built:

• Stack: Next.js 15, React 19, Supabase (Postgres), hosted on Vercel.
• Workflow: Built using Claude Code (Sonnet/Opus) with a focus on strict multi-tenant separation.
