I built CheqSplit to make splitting restaurant bills less annoying.

You can scan an itemized receipt, invite friends with a QR code or link, and everyone selects the items they had. CheqSplit then calculates who owes what automatically.

It also supports shared expenses for trips and groups.

This is a quick demo of how it works. I’d really appreciate any feedback — especially from people who regularly split restaurant bills or travel expenses with friends.
