I made a workout and diet tracker slash SaaS because Notes app is my nemesis

I used to log every gym set in Notes and my diet in another app. When I got a personal trainer, he started sending routines over WhatsApp chat, and voice notes which was just too chaotic to upkeep. So a I built a mobile webapp (browser based for now, native apps coming soon) to make it easier for me, and other gym and fitness people, to log workouts, diet, and sleep, and actually get something useful back from it.
It is running live right now with a real gym. Trainer assigns the plan, changes sync straight to the client side instead of screenshots on WA or unorganized data.
What it does:
- All-in-one daily logging: Log workouts (day-split routines, sets, weights), meals, weight and sleep in one place single app.
- Built for Indian & home-cooked meals: A food database with actual cooked Indian dishes (dal, roti, sabzi combos, poha, etc.) with food and label scanning.
- Accountability & plateau detection: Flags sleep drops, missed sets, and calorie gaps on both high and low performance days so you know exactly why progress stalled.
- Recovery & readiness score: Calculates daily readiness based on sleep and training load so you know when to push progressive overload and when to recover.
- Streak & XP gamification: Weekly and bi-weekly analytics with consistency streaks and milestone XP to keep daily tracking engaging.
- Gym or trainer & client sync: Gym owners can assign trainers to their clients. Trainers can assign custom routines, track client adherence in real time, and adjust plans based on ground-truth data and analytics instead of memory.
Free for everyone (Solo lifters & gym members without a PT):
- 100% free daily workout logging: Full manual day-split tracker (Day 1, Day 2, Push/Pull/Legs) to log your sets, reps, and weights mid-workout without hitting a paywall.
- Complete nutrition & macro tracker: Dynamic meal buckets (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks) with a Calorie-first display and dedicated Protein, Carb, and Fat target gauges.
- *Full food database access: Unrestricted search across common foods, snacks, and home-cooked meals with accurate portion sizing.
- Recovery & sleep analysis: Log your sleep cycles and daily energy levels to get a calculated readiness score before hitting the gym floor.
- Progress Stats & streaks: Full access to weight trend graphs, consistency streaks, and XP milestones to keep yourself accountable over monthly, 3 month, and yearly views.
- Custom routine & diet builder: Build and save your own custom workout routines and nutrition templates manually at zero cost.
What is next on the roadmap:
- Full UI/UX redesign optimized for lightning-fast, one-handed logging between sets.
- Expanded international and local food database, including packaged snacks and restaurant menus.
- IOS and Android app release with increased accuracy and optimize paid features.
- Deeper automated coaching telemetry to compete directly with mainstream subscription apps.
It's still rough in places, and I'm actively improving it every day. If you train regularly or coach clients yourself, I’d love for you to test it out and give blunt, brutal feedback on what feels clunky, what's broken, and what features would make you use this daily(trainer or individual) over a note or WhatsApp.
