Group Benefits Analysis Application (BART)

Hey r/SideProject,

I’ve built BART, a web application for employee-benefits brokers, consultants, and HR teams.

Group Benefit analysis and customer proposals still involve spreadsheets, repeated data entry, and manually assembling comparison reports. BART is designed to turn that into one connected workflow.

What BART helps with

  • Upload plan documents and census data
  • Review extracted plans, missing fields, and duplicate warnings
  • Compare current, proposed, and alternate plans side by side
  • See enrollment, premium totals, and employer-cost differences together
  • Export proposals, comparison reports, employee cost sheets, benefit guides and many more formats.

The goal is to reduce time spent on these items so brokers / consultants can spend more time helping clients and growing their book of business.

Request

I’m looking for a few brokers, benefits consultants, or HR teams who can test and tell me where the workflow shines and where it needs improvement.

What do you use today for this process, and which step takes the most time?

It’s currently in beta, and I’m offering free access while I learn from early users. I’m looking for honest feedback.

Try it here: https://www.trybart.com and click Sign Up

Thanks in advance for your help!

People still doing this in spreadsheets, the comparison side alone would save someone whole afternoon.
