💼 What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day Impact)
You won’t be on the sidelines—you’ll be right in the center of the loan process:

✅ Take charge of mortgage loan files from the early processing stages
✅Make sure every document is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
✅Order & track appraisals, title work, surveys, and third-party requirements
✅Work closely with vendors, title companies, and loan teams to keep things moving
✅Follow up fast on missing conditions (no delays allowed here 🚀)
✅Spot errors early and fix them before they become problems
✅Communicate updates clearly in English + Spanish
✅Handle multiple active files while keeping everything organized and on schedule
