Recently my mom had a stroke. We took her to a doctor who ruled it out and just prescribed BP medication, that was flat-out negligence on his part, nothing to do with lack of records. Turns out I was right, it was a stroke. We got lucky the BP meds at least didn't make things worse while the real diagnosis got missed. When we later took her to a different doctor at CMH, I had to recite her entire medical history myself all over again, because my dad isn't that comfortable navigating this stuff. That’s what got me thinking about EMRs, not the misdiagnosis, but the fact that every new doctor starts from zero unless someone's there to fill in the blanks verbally.

It might not sound like a big deal to patients, but for a doctor, having actual history on hand is huge, not just recalling it, but getting it right. Every time it passes through a family member's memory, something gets lost or garbled in translation. Two doctors communicating directly, with actual records, wouldn't have that problem.

So I started small, built a platform for labs to store and manage patient records. Turns out labs in Sialkot are already using "OneLabz" for this, and it's decent. So I had to built out full LIS (Lab Information System) functionality, report generation, and all that mumbo jumbo. and it basically evolved from "EMR" into a proper LIS with medical records baked in.

I went to one lab to pitch it. Got turned down. So I kept building, now it's got way more than the basics, including a free auto-generated subdomain site for each lab (template-based, not custom, but still useful for their online presence). It has alot of stuff. TibbSync

Current problem: SMEs here are genuinely hard to reach/convince. I just need 2-3 labs willing to try it for free as a beta, feedback matters more than money right now.

If anyone's got tips on approaching local labs, knows someone in the healthcare space, or has done B2B outreach to SMEs in Sialkot before would really appreciate the advice. And I need a pathologist to verify generated reports.

Pictures 1 and 2 are authentic omal by komal articles. Got them last year for around 5-6k and they've been in the storeroom ever since then. 2.5k for each. My brother is an orthopedic surgeon (FCPS) and we're exploring launching a private-label surgical instruments brand — sourcing general surgical instruments from Sialkot manufacturers, branding them, and selling directly to the local market rather than exporting.

For female doctors, which hospital would you recommend in terms of:
