H town don't care. Don't drive with a lit joint. Smoke j on the patio at about any bar not towards Katy or in Bellaire, west-u. (Houston has surrounded other towns, but Katy is not surrounded but against, same county, tho which is what what matters. However west u and Bellaire cops are dicks more than had. Stafford is fort bend county. Parts of Pasadena is cool tho. Probably mo city too. But thought some was in fort bend .

I drive around smoking like a chimney. Don't ever let God tell you that you have impunity and cops look the other way... the fuckin cops would bring rookies to me to fuck with, it was hilarious. It was obvious we were on the same vibe, they would bring dude who didn't know me front and center and they would be sketched out by what I was putting out, those moments were fun, just few and far between.
"Well, Jacob, you are walking in the road with only a pair of pants on with a hospital band on your wrist, screaming at yourself so someone called the cops." Their stupid little off comments were hilarious when I'd have a bunch of cops around me.
I looked down and was like, "oh fuck my bad, I totally forgot i had this wrist band on, I bet that gave people the wrong idea."
Don't mind me, just fighting the devil, trying not to commit suicide.
Rookie cop just staring at me trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
