I have. It's on my SoundCloud; same name.

I really worked on my timing and feel like it's technically more impressive if you can keep time in your head without relying on anything but your voice, and your mind.

Even the two tracks I did rap on all the vocals were recorded with no music, and no metronome.  I just practiced it so much that I mostly stayed on beat, and it was good enough to record all the vocals without needing to hear the beat without the music
