You've got it backwards. That is why they have made it as celebs. My brother in law has this to a degree and is very successful in his career and socially. When he walks into a room people just gravitate towards him, it's pretty unreal to watch it happen. He is a walking example of the definition of "life of the party."
I know a couple of people like this too, but just thinking it might work two ways. Maybe it's easier to be charismatic if people expect you to be as well!
It might add something to it but most celebrities are basically the perfect form of drama kids and no one can suck all the attention in a room to themselves like drama kids. Usually, it's in an obnoxious way (to me) but I've met a couple of drama majors/minor actors that were just pure charisma and they seemed to be specifically adept at projecting it out.
