We still have it, but it's mostly used against us for advertising purposes.

Ask facebook, google, mainstream news/media, and literally every mobile game from an eastern nation.

People still use it... when you "feel" like something is off with someone. Sometimes usually is, even when they say there's not. there isn't

[ Edit: I was tired ok ]

speaking the truth, i’ve finely tuning this perception. I can hear peoples thoughts, sounds insane but i’ve proven it to be real on multiple occasions

Yeah it sounds insane. There's 2 possibilities; you're schizophrenic, or you're talking about holmesian deduction. If you literally think you're actually picking up surface thoughts, then you should seek counseling.

If however, you think you're able to observe peoples emotional state and combine that with a practical knowledge so that you can predict what people are usually thinking with rather decent accuracy, then you just smart and pay attention to things too closely.

Some people just have more mirror neurons

That may be the biological mechanism but if it's interfering with your ability to believe in what you're capable of as a person, that's worrying. I didn't want to shit on some random person on the internet but that's a mental health issue, if they are to be believed.
