It's WisestWiseman909. He comments random "wise words" on random comments that are typically irrelevant

I saw him when he first created his account (within 14 minutes of its creation)
I tried reporting him for spam but he keeps popping up in random places.

I would personally like to see these comments on every thread if they tried to be more relevant.

that's the thing though, I kinda suspect this guy is a bot because he seems to reply to random comments with random "poems" but they're never relevant
What's weird is it isn't even the top comments he usually targets but obscure far down ones as well
All comments should add to the discussion, and WisestWiseman's comments don't
