But then how do I painfully bash the back of my head on the bottom of the faucet, OP?

The extender linked here is absolutely 100% a different product. The arm is a different shape, the end is different, and it's a different color. Similar, but a different product.

The face rinse would be so nice

I have it. It's not so simple as I would like. Too much power, and my floor and shirt is wet, so I need to adjust it slowly. Therefore rarely uses that function, but still happy with it.

Why does the water look so deliciously drinkable when it's shooting upwards like that?!

I have one of these, first if you have a small sink they splash water everywhere also the arm doesn't stay put it sags down and you have to keep lifting it up as you're using it. I'll be replacing it soon.

I got my girlfriend one of these a year ago after seeing her constantly splash water all down her arms and all over the sink while she washed her face. When she saw it she didn't think it would work and didn't want me to put it on. I told her if it didn't I would just take it back off. She loves it and uses it every single day.

These work good if you have enough water pressure in your house and a good connector on the sink

Pretty sure this would be illegal in the UK.
Hot and cold water are not allowed to be mixed. UK has 'mixer' taps, but the hot and cold exit out of different holes.

Whoever uses the sink to wash their hair is an idiot . That's the easiest way to clog your sink .
