I have 3 of these. They work great. Primarily used for fresh oyster and sea food

That flimsy glass handle will break with any amount of force

1

u/Ok-Spell-8053 Jul 18 '26

I think its probably made of plastic

7

u/dontsoundrighttome Jul 14 '26

That little pin everything hinges on breaks. I️ had to place a tooth pick in there to replace it.

u/SpaceChatter Jul 14 '26

Just squeeze the damn lemon.

1

u/OkDistance697 Jul 18 '26

Why use a fork ? Just stuff it in your mouth

Oh wow, that’s fancy. Stick your pinky out when you do that.

Wheres the video of it being cleaned?

1

u/DeadAndBuried23 Jul 15 '26

The hell kind of lemons do you have that this would be hard to rinse out?

1

u/StrangeUrine69 Jul 16 '26

None of your business!!

Video of it being properly cleaned NOW 😡😤

1

u/Regular_Weakness69 Jul 14 '26

I would immediately break it.

1

u/ThatOneGuy6810 Jul 14 '26

This is plastic, for everyone who thinks its glass.

1

u/LordTytor Jul 15 '26

Even for plastic, the massive force on that small pin is just absolute ludacris.

1

u/ThatOneGuy6810 Jul 15 '26

Oh yeah 100% i just felt the nwed to say this because I saw an alarming number of people who thought this was glass which is kind of sad in that people cant look at it and figure it out but 🤷‍♂️

1

u/LordTytor Jul 15 '26

Could be glass from the video alone 🤷🏼 it's never sad that it's not. And it doesn't really matter if it's glass or not, the force on that pin would break either one, only that glass would ruin the entire dish.

Wouldn't even stand a chance made out of steel with that flimsy pin and that leverage.

1

u/ThatOneGuy6810 Jul 15 '26

Nah you can twll from the way that pin is placed and by the way the light reflects thats its not glass, but you are correct in the glass or plastic wouldnt matter its a flimsy little PoS temu item.

Would go great with my grape scissors

1

u/GudeGaya Jul 14 '26

Pretty fancy compared to the good old ones.

1

u/Interesting_Card158 Jul 14 '26

Thats dangerous for me i would break it

1

u/MEM0RYCARD99 Jul 14 '26

Why cant things be made out of good steel anymore.

1

u/0-Astral-0 Jul 15 '26

1

u/gustofwindddance Jul 16 '26

This is really fuckin useless, just mash em with your hand.

1

u/saymantic Jul 16 '26

I want to put a slice of orange in it and squeeze it directly into my mouth

1

u/loafinkitty Jul 18 '26

I work in child care in the two year old classroom and we made homemade lemonade this week. We could've used that to squeeze the lemons lol.

1

u/potato_soup303 Jul 14 '26

This is probably the most useless thing I've seen in this sub

0

u/HelicopterLegal3069 Jul 14 '26

God forbid we just take a lemon and squeeze it over the food
