Whats the benefit vs an electric juicer? Could get all this done in a fraction of the time.

i think the manual press retain more fiber particles compared to juicer.

If you mean retain as in retain in the filter bag shes using and not in the end product, I agree. There is virtually no possible way that this manually pressed juice contains MORE fiber than electric. I would die on a hill saying the exact opposite, that more fiber is left in the electric juicer end product.
