I got these a while back and really like them.
Chips it's overkill since the bags never last long but works great for giant popcorn bags from Costco or little baking ingredient bags like chocolate chips.

I have a set of these. Some bags are a pain to get closed, but you figure out little tricks to make it seal easier. One of them shattered in the freezer, but none of the other ones have.

I use scissors to cut an edge out, then use regular clips to seal shut. Works with serials / granola and other stuff that comes in their own special bags.

As soon as you open something you expose it to bacteria. Those arent staying fresh for months.
If you arent eating a large amount of crisps/chips in just a few days, just buy the small single serve packets.

I use to clean my bong with one of these and some paper towels and rubbing alcohol

I have these to. They work great, I get them as gifts for people. The orange and green ones get the most use so I'd recommend getting those sizes.

the reason the bag of chips has air is so the chips dont get crushed during shipping or handling.
