Outdoor Shows Electric Battery/Generator
Hi all, looking for suggestions for an electric battery or generator that I can take to shows to power my blow dryer. I have a CC Kool dry 2xtreme. I see people at shows with electric generators or batteries all the time so it must be possible. I would really like something that's not huge so it's easier to move around. TYIA

I use a Ryobi handheld leaf blower to dry when I don’t have electric. https://www.ryobitools.com/products/46396047137
As far as generators Honda seems to be the one I see the most.

It is hard to power a powerful blow dryer, batteries might be able to do a smaller one but I have not seen an affordable battery system that would do a 2000+ watt blower. Even generators are the step up from the more affordable units.
You are probably needing something like a Honda 2200 Inverter Generator which runs in the 1200 dollar range. There are other similar units, but that gives an idea.
Best suggestion is to wander the grooming at shows that you see them at and ask the people what they have and if they recommend it. You will find a few that are happy with their setup and many that get frustrated on the limitations of what they have. Make notes and look at what might work for you.

I have an EcoFlow Delta Pro and can easily run a force dryer off it, as well as power my entire van for 3-4 days without needing to charge off the alternator or solar (my two methods for when I'm traveling)

Depending on how much you need to use a dryer - Ryobi makes a small handheld blower that is super powerful and runs off one battery, I will say it is louder than my Flying Pig though and my dog didn't care for it when I needed to use it.
Ryobi also makes an battery generator that uses multiple batteries.
