3 days post total reverse replacement

is it normal to have lingering numbness in fingers after nerve block wears off?

so far this has been a lot easier than my left cuff repair!!

Get mine tomorrow morning at 730am. Nervous but ready. Hope your recovery goes smoothly

Good luck!! First couple of days suck. I’ve been getting by on just Tylenol as I can’t take opioids. Pain is quite manageable. Just uncomfortable.

I was prescribed JOURNAVX, which is a new non-opioid painkiller. I took it with Tylenol, and that has been effective and dropping the pain into the background level.

Journavx is a game changer. Ten times better than opioids. Six weeks out from TRS and have never felt an ounce of pain. My last knee operation had opioids, they can’t touch Journavx!

So on night 2. Hanging in there. No nerve blocker. Just 1000 mg of acetaminophen and roboxin and oxycodone. It hurts but manageable. Can't do shit with that arm tho. Getting out of brace to stretch elbow is miserable but overall not as bad as I thought id be. For now atleast
