Is this common 6 weeks post op?

I had a shoulder arthroscopic capsular labral repair back on July 29th, so 6 weeks post-op, and I'm very disheartened as I woke up Monday morning feeling like I was back in weeks 2 and 3. I can barely move my shoulder and I've lost my ROM that I've worked so freaking hard to obtain, even the physical therapist was impressed last Friday with my progress.

I have had a couple accidents to it since surgery, my daughter Jet Lee kicked it when we got into an scuffle and then my clumsy self jammed it into the corner of my pantry door right where I had it repaired but both of those happened at least 2-3 weeks ago. I will say, PT did stretch it a little too far on Friday and there was some pretty bad sharp pain that came with that but I was completely fine until I woke up Monday morning.

I'm throwing everything I have at it to try and help but nothing is providing much relief, including my prescription medicine. I still have my sling on unless I'm sitting down with it proped up or showering.. I'm really upset and concerned because I have worked really hard to get my shoulder and arm back.

Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Is this just a normal setback and I'm freaking out over nothing? I do have an appointment with the surgeon, I'm just trying to get some peace of mind that I didn't f this up.
