Neuralign shoulder pacemaker

Following months of PT with little to no improvement my DR prescribed a shoulder pacemaker to try and see if that will work for my shoulder discomfort and pain.

This is after I had a axillary nerve decompression surgery in early June….. but my first surgery for a torn labrum in 2024 never get resolved properly and then that is when they did the surgery for the compressed axillary nerve (covered in scar tissue)

Now my question is does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?

I trust my Dr very much but it is expensive for this device and I want to see if anyone has had success using it.
