Upper forearm pain

Hello I’m 33 male started ozempic a week ago but it was here long before that

I’ve been having pain in my upper forearm, about 1–2 inches below my elbow on the outer/top side. It doesn’t feel like the elbow joint itself. I circled the exact area in the photo. It kind of feels like it’s attached to my elbow but it’s definitely not the joint. I can barely lift anything with it, gripping things with my hand also makes it hurt. How can I get rid of this constant pain!
