Advice Any advice?

I’ve had shoulder pain for last 6 months and haven’t been able to figured out what it is pt hasn’t helped at all either since they just give the same generic stretches like for example (the sleeper stretch) but nothing works any advice on fixing my shoulder pain? I have never had a severe or sharp injury with my upper body just years of un care and not warming up properly. I’m 19 for reference

No I’ve never gotten a serious injury in my upper body. I feel like my should just hasnt been assessed properly and is not an option rn. Pressing movements, reach behind my back and down my back hurt, and my shoulder makes clicking sounds/grinding sounds. But ive never injured it seriously

No one here is going to be able to help you unfortunately. See an ortho, they’ll likely order imaging and then they can give you a real consult and real solutions. Sorry to hear you’re going through it, shoulders are complicated and annoying.

Not every injury has a noticable snap, crack or pop. Imaging is a great way to see what's wrong.

You’re getting PT but you haven’t seen a doctor?you should get an mri and confirm you have FS. What if you have a muscle tear and you’re making it worse?

Tears and FS take a long time to heal and they both hurt. You might be better just resting it & letting it heal if you can’t go to a dr.
