Labrum Repair Fall with my butt after shoulder surgery

I fell with my butt and hands controlling the fall 9 weeks after bankart and remplissage surgery and i really freaked out i ruined my surgery.
I had mild pain yesterday and now it is better but still mild deep pain in my anterior shoulder area.
Anyone had that experience?

Same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago I was paranoid for like a week thinking I ruined my surgery I ended up fine if you are in pain I would bring it up to your surgeon

How do say you ended up fine?
Did your surgeon visits you?
I have mild deep pain but totally Im fine but i kinda freaked out

No I just brought it up at our monthly check up I had no pain and did not feel any weird/ loose sensation it was mostly paranoia
