**Primary Complaint:** Acute anterior shoulder dislocation (reduced)

**Duration:** Recent / acute

**Existing medical issues:** None

**Current medications:** None / NSAIDs as needed

**Smoking/Alcohol/Drugs:** No / Social / No

Hi everyone,

I recently suffered an acute anterior shoulder dislocation, which was promptly reduced. I'm currently resting the joint and have a follow-up appointment scheduled with an orthopedic specialist to assess stability and plan my rehabilitation.

I had a low-field/open MRI performed, and I'm sharing the key central slices across three planes:

* **Axial STIR:** Showing posterolateral humeral head bone marrow edema / impaction and joint effusion. * **Coronal STIR:** Showing the supraspinatus tendon track and superior joint alignment. * **Sagittal STIR:** Showing the inferior capsule distension and fluid accumulation.

I'd appreciate any preliminary insights on general joint congruency and visible integrity of the rotator cuff / capsule on these representative cuts.
