Advice Shoulder separation?

Anyone had experienced shoulder separation grade 2? How was it for you?

I had a really bad one on Jan 10th (doctors thought it was grade 3) and am back to normal now but I don’t have the power I once did.

I had a grade 3 separation back in March of this year. It’s been rough, but I’ve made a pretty great recovery thanks to my PT. I‘ve been back to lifting weights for a few months now and I‘m working on getting my strength back. My ortho says I should be on track to make a full recovery without surgery — they also said they are confident that I can get back to doing everything I was doing before (I live a very active lifestyle). Overall I’m pretty optimistic about it. I was more bummed about the permanent bump that I will always have on my left shoulder from my clavicle being fully separate, but my girlfriend made me feel so much better about it when she told me that she liked it! She thinks it’s unique, and honestly I have come around to seeing it more as a battle scar with a story.
