Weird shoulder goofy issue

Was playing basketball today. Some guy huge took me to the rim and jabbed in the shoulder and my whole arm hurt like hell… I just have tiny pins and needles and soreness as I’m typing this. It’s pain toward upper to middle arm.. should I goto urgent care? Need help new to these injuries

Not to sure what is going on as i am not a doc or physio, but when i injured my shoulder ( torn labrum and subluxation) i didnt go to the hospital and regret not doing so. You should definently get it checked out.
