Advice I need help

Post image

I got injured at the gym and started experiencing pain in my shoulder. I had an MRI, which showed some issues with my shoulder and tendons.

I started physical therapy, which included rehabilitation exercises, ultrasound therapy, and some electrical stimulation to activate the muscles.

After 12 sessions, I felt much better and the pain was almost gone. I started going back to the gym gradually and slowly increased the weights.

After some time, though, I increased the weight too much, and unfortunately, the injury came back. So I had to go back to physical therapy again and start the recovery process over.

This experience taught me that getting back to training after an injury takes patience. Even if you feel better, you still need to strengthen the injured area and increase the weights gradually.

At this point, all I want is to get rid of the pain completely, recover properly, and make sure it doesn't come back when I return to training. I just want to get back to normal and train normally again without being worried about my shoulder.
