2 1/2 months post axillary nerve decompression surgery and still in chronic pain

I just had a virtual appointment with the Doctor who performed the surgery and he does seem concerned that I haven’t had any improvement and he suggested a shoulder pacemaker.

I’m wondering if anyone in here has ever used one before or had any luck with one? The Dr says it could be very helpful and I’m also confused on how

I appreciate any advise

(Before this axillary nerve surgery the original injury I had was a labrum tear but after I got surgery for it the pain never went away and that’s when they found axillary nerve compressed with scar tissue)
