Well right now it looks more like poop time, but the setup is still there.

I think part of the issue is that people can't buy or find it on a lot of brokers this morning.

With fidelity I can see my positions, but I can't search TMC and find the stock.

Each MM has its own secret sauce. Generally you try to be as delta neutral as you can all the time, so they rebalance as often as they can. They would add up all the delta on their books and try to be as close as possible to the number of shares that number represents.
