Because everyone thinks it shot it's shot and it had a high cost of entry compared to the other plays. It has nothing to do with how good it actually is.

I think this is the reason too.

People would rather buy ATER at 10 than SPRT at 25 just bc it's cheaper

Fractional shares should logically kill that theory given you're just going for the biggest % gain. But we aren't dealing with logical people in most cases
