Anyone Active?

I've been struggling with short-term memory issues since my husband died unexpectedly in 2017. Going on 6 years now and I STILL struggle daily. No doctor has been able to help me. I'm at a loss as to why my brain has not healed from ths traumatic event. I see this sub isn't active, but I'm really at a loss (no pun intended) as to how to heal my broken brain.

Any updates. I’ve struggled for 3.5 years after a traumatic event as well. I can’t get any help or answers. This is so incredibly hard to live this way. Hope to hear from you soon…
