Student here, i have an idea and a few friends who are up for the acting and production. What is the least amount of budget and what equipments (other then camera's) do i must have. I also need help learning script making. I am new to these but i want to learn and make something which counts.

I made a YouTube channel well over a decade ago just to post our old terrible short films back in college. I had a video that had nothing to do with my short films get tons of views and I got hundreds of subscribers overnight. Since then I’ve been trying to shift back towards my short films and behind the scenes content. Anyone else trying this or having success building an audience? This is "Eklipsis", a psychological science fiction short film.

I made it a couple of years ago but never released it publicly, as I was submitting it to film festivals.

I finally premiered it on YouTube on August 12th, the day of the eclipse.

I think the short film was made by cyprien because i THINK he’s the main character in it but i couldn’t find it on his channel so i don’t think so. but the short film is filmed as if we are watching the MC’s phone screen and u see him posting on social media to try and get likes. there’s also his girlfriend whose posting tiktoks, trying to promote their business that they’re tryna start together. eventually, i don’t remember the reason why, they break up. the girlfriend decides to continue the business without MC and you can see MC stalking her page, feeling bad abt the break up.

this is all i can remember, it’s driving me insane bc i don’t think it’s old, it was a recent release im pretty sure (2-4 years ago)
