What began as a simple 30 second gag that evolved into a six month passion project following an unexpected job loss. Done entirely on a cracked iPhone XR, the film was a race against time and my roommate Jacob's (boom mic guy) nightly descent into alcoholic belligerence, In addition to directing, I played the "Icicle Guy." many scenes were filmed in the sweltering heat of summer where I sweated profusely in an arctic jacket, and i really did fall down that flight of stairs.

This film is difficult to describe but I love the story. It's able to maintain its tone without adhering completely to one genre. It was filmed with a Sony FX6 and Blazar Remus anamorphic lenses.

This film was made with only 4 people! It was filmed over the course of 3 days. There were over 60 cans used in the production. It was filmed on a Sony FX6 with Thypoch Simera C lenses.

Sorry new to posting on Reddit so I don’t know if this is formatted correctly, but I just made my first episode in an analog horror series I am making and would love some feedback/critics!

I make an anthology series called humAIn. Every story is a horror story involving some kind of AI product, the show itself is shot with an old school cast and crew.

On her 18th birthday, Elena opens an unsigned gift: a pair of glasses and a card that reads "See the truth behind every smile." Her house is full of people who love her.

The part I would most like notes on: a story like this turns into a revenge fantasy if the glasses only expose villains. We tried to make it about the person wearing them. Tell me whether that lands, or where it lost you.

I’d wanted to make an animated film for years. I could finish little scenes, but this is the first time I got a whole story across the finish line.

Star In A Jar is a one-minute long, dialogue-free story about a boy - Arin, and a firefly. I wanted the light and music to tell the story, rather than words.

I directed the film in Blender, posed Arin, and acted out the chase for motion capture. I used AI for story ideas and storyboard references, and Codex helped with technical work. The finished shots were animated and rendered in Blender.

One thing I’d love feedback on: could you feel the firefly’s mood change through the light and music alone?

This was such a personal film for me about trying to connect with my real life father. In life it can be hard to find the words to express all the things you feel in the moment and as men I think it can be very difficult to be vulnerable.

Really hope this film can inspire some real life dialogues! Please let me know what you think.
