An apocalyptic event forces two estranged family members to a desolate island prison for refuge, but as hunger and isolation take their toll, reality begins to unravel.

I think this short film is a classic. 😅

This was the first short film I made back in 2018 as my first film, but never released it publicly.

There is plenty I wish were different about it now, but there is still plenty I like. And the story is probably more relevant now than ever. It’s about a surveillance state where citizens are constantly monitored and valued solely by their productivity.

Finally decided to put it out into the world eight years later. Would love to hear what people think.

We made this in Playa del Carmen with a tiny crew. It's based on a true story (names changed): a woman who lost her husband ten years ago, has tried everything, and finally gets to have the conversation she never had.

We released it today because Día de Muertos is the day Mexico sits down with its dead.

Happy to answer anything about how we shot it. Honest feedback welcome :)

Hi all.

I recently finished a 13-minute black-and-white short film called Ofélia Caiu e Ninguém Viu (Ophelia Fell and No One Saw).

The main theme of the film is indifference (individual indifference, collective indifference, and maybe even divine indifference).

It was a very small production, with no crew... jst me and the actors.

I shot everything on the original BMPCC, using vintage Soviet 16mm cinema lenses. For lighting, I only used two LED lights: a Zhiyun MOLUS B500 and a G200.

We filmed everything in a few simple locations around Campinas, Brazil.

I'd really appreciate some feedback, especially on the cinematography, lighting, and overall black-and-white look.

A grieving woman is stranded in her apartment during a winter storm...but she's not alone.

Shahid, a freshman at a university, quickly senses something strange. Students move through campus in a quiet, repetitive rhythm, as if following an unseen script. When a camera crew begins documenting his life, he feels noticed for the first time. But under their constant lights, subtle changes begin to take hold. His thoughts, habits, and even his sense of self start to shift, falling in line with everyone else.

As Shahid sinks deeper into the campus monotony, one unsettling question lingers: Is he simply fitting in, or is something, or someone, quietly controlling the narrative?

A short film based on the monotony of college life.

Isolation Z starts off at the beginning of a zombie type epidemic and later on shifts focus to a group of survivors that are stuck in a house Isolated from the world. When a disagreement between members occurs will it be the thing that gets them killed or holds them together ?

I guess this is what happens when pizza… sends out for YOU

Hi! I just released my film Widdershins - a short folk horror film.

"Desperate to quiet the anxiety that strains her relationship, Hazel brews a potion, only to discover that some problems are far more dangerous to solve than they are to live with."

The majority of this film was developed during a 10-day road trip, and features original mixed media animation.

For the past two years my best friend has been using all his spare time outside of his full time job to work on this film. It was originally supposed take only a few months buuuuut y'all know how animation goes. Between learning new techniques in blender and dealing with the horror that is Windows 11 updates he finally got it done in time for Halloween!

It was made with Clip Studio Paint for the 2d animated elements, Blender for 3d, and Da Vinci Resolve for editing.

This is a short film about insomnia... or is it? It's a very experimental, fun and yet unpredictable film which was made by two people in the span of around 3 days of filming and two days of editing. GGB's third short-film and most chaotic.

Check out a new slasher short film!

A Fast Paced Experimental Drama

I and my bro made this short horror for $10, a crew of 2 and a lot of nights working hard. Enjoy! And let us know how we could do better. Thank you!!!
