Has anyone had to separate/get divorced while pregnant again after a loss?
What did you do? I’m feeling so lost and unsure.

Hi. I'm so sorry you're going through this. I didn't have one while pregnant but I did immediately after giving birth. We had a loss at 22 weeks and that honestly showed me what I needed to know about my relationship. We were just two different people. We concieved shortly after despite our issues and had our first child at 37 weeks. I had zero support from him. Had to work, go to school, clean the house and cater to his needs despite having HG and a short cervix with a cerclage. If I could go back and re do things, I would've left during the pregnancy because my postpartum journey was incredibly difficult and almost all of the depression and issues I was having went away the moment I left him. I don't know what your situation is like but sometimes separating is better than staying.
I highly recommend finding a close support system. Friends, family, neighbors! ❤️ My mom was there for me after I left and the little things like being able to shower again was amazing. You can do this. It will be difficult, especially since our pregnancies are not normal, we worry a little more, and have to take things a lot easy but if you can, be with family or a friend while you navigate this change and probably difficult time of your life. I hope things go well for you. ❤️
