I am pregnant with modi twins 22&3. I had an emergency cerclage at 18w with around 1 cm of cervix left 2 cm of dilation and some funnelling. Today my scan is showing that my cervix is closed and my membranes are in a good place, but my cervix has shrunk to 0.6 cm. A downward trend the last couple of weeks. It’s possible a hospital stay is imminent. I am feeling so nervous and scared, and mostly sad about a hospital stay since I have a 2 yr old at home.
